Yes dear, but why would you want to? I swear people these days think they can walk out in public in anything they want, if you don't believe me check out peopleofwalmart.com. You don't have to dress fancy, but at least throw on some jeans and a t shirt.

You can gamble in pretty much any attire you want, as long as the naughty bits are covered up. Some people might look at you funny if you're at one of the nicer casinos or higher end tables, but as long as you're putting money on the table, should be alright.
