I would book your flights first that way you know you have them and you know what dates that you are in Vegas and can then look at a hotel. Book your hotel direct this way you only need to pay the first night as a deposit and if the rate drops after you book then you can call the hotel and they will drop the rate. Of course this does not apply to non refundabel rates but if you all ready have your flight you can take advanatage fo a non refundable rate and get it even cheaper Through October and November there are deals at Luxor from about $68 Monte Carlo from $60 MGM from $79 Excalibur from $41 Mirage from $78 Have a look here vegasuncovered.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 07/ 30/ ricky-hatton-mgm-grand-las-vegas-best-hotel-rates-for-hatton-fans/ |

Unless some one is offering a package deal I suggest you get it piece by piece. Some times package deals are great! The best thing of all is that the get good deals that they pass on to you and there is no hassle on your part. If you dont have that then go through the internet and get three offers on each thing you want. I urge you to get it done as far in advance as possible when the supply is highest and demand is lowest. Vegas.com is a great place for me and I suggest trying it yourself. If you wait until you are there then it is too late to get tickets for shows etc. |

It all depends on your main interest. If you are coming to LV to sightsee, see shows and the dining experience then you want a package then you want to book a package for the 1st trip. If you are primarily coming to LV for gaming then book your flight separate from you lodging. Then stay somewhere that you are doing the majority of you play. Get a player's card everywhere you play then before you check out see if your play at your home/ hotel will get you any comps or the points that you earned can be used against you room charges. Right now LV is realizing a MAJOR hit economically. Check the many discount sites for specials. ipromocodes.com/ smartervegas.com/ Or check with the casino hotel site directly. |

It doesn't really matter, I always buy separately because you save a lot more money that way, and I just buy them as I see a good deal. You will want to start looking at airfare now. I'm not sure where you are flying from or I would look it up for you. I would check these sites for the best deals I have found southwest.com/ airtran.com/ Home.aspx jetblue.com/ sidestep.com/ The hotel you can start looking at now, but you can pretty much book that whenever you want. With the Las Vegas hotels, as long as you don't book a non-refundable offer, you can change your reservation if you find a cheaper rate at that hotel, or you can cancel it if you find a cheaper rate at another hotel. For the best deals on Las Vegas Hotels go to smartervegas.com/ You can't find any better deals than this. I don't know what your budget is but here is a guideline. Budget Hotels- $50- $80/ night Excalibur Luxor Harrah's Moderate $80-$120/ night Mandalay Bay MGM Grand Mirage Planet Hollywood Treasure Island High $120 and up/ night Caesar's Palace The Venetian Wynn Bellagio I hope this helps. |

My experience is to buy things seperately. When you check airline prices go right to the airline's site. There may be better deals there. But there are some great deals out there too. |

You need to coordinate the airfare and hotel reservations, otherwise you could end up with one and not the other. |
