My mom originally bought a ticket with my brothers name on it for a flight to Las Vegas and now he cannot go..?
So they were going to give me the ticket because I really couldnt afford one on my own and they wont let her put another name on it I understand that there are no refunds but you cannot even change a name, what a load of crap. Can anyone explain this to me, or has been in this situation and been able to talk the airline into changing it?

How can I sneak liquor onto my flight to Las Vegas?
I am flying to Las Vegas in two weeks and want to get tanked on the flight. But due to the liquids ban, I can't just walk through security with a fifth. So what is the best way to get half a fifth of vodka onto the flight? Does anybody have experience doing this?My best idea is to put it in a slender plastic container and tape it to myself under a loose shirt . Any better ideas????since being stupid is the whole point of the trip well getting tossed would be about right. oh and i found this link. it looks like you can bring as many 3 oz. bottles on the flight as you want, so i will just bring like 20 3 oz. botles of absolute and call it good. thank you TSA

Why are flights to Las Vegas cheaper?
Trying to book a flight to either Salt Lake City or Vegas to catch a Bob Dylan Show. I noticed that the Vegas flight was 200.00 with 1 short layover in SLC. If I were to book just the SLC leg fo the trip Exact same flight to SLC without the next leg to vegas it was 350. Why are they charging less if my destination is Vegas. Could I just book the Vegas trip and get off in SLC and not return. Would I miss my return flight since i wouldnt be boarding in vegas?Yeah, I understand its a tourist spot.... But that doesn't begin to explain why an extra leg on a flight makes it 150.00 less... Is vegas, the casinos or somebody paying the airlines to discout their tickets or something? How is it beificial to the airlines if i go to vegas vs. SLC?

I have a flight to Las Vegas From San Francisco. I'm traveling by myself and a liitle nervous advice?
My flight is at 6am on the 26th and I get to Las Vegas at 730am. My check in is at 3pm so I will have time to kill. I get to my Hotel at 3pm I will sleep till 7pm and then go to the Goo Goo Dolls concert at 9pm. Its probabbly going to be until midnight then off I go back to my hotel. I check out on the 27th at 11am and my flight is at Midninght. When I get back to the airport at 1 45am I will be waiting 4 hours till Bart opens to go home, LOL. Am I crazy? What things can I do better? Id much rather drive my car to the airport but i dont want to pay the nightly fees either. Advice? Ive never traveled by myself before.On top of that I will be on my own for 12 hours with nothing I meant from checkout at my hotel at 11am till 11 45pm I will have nothing to do that long and I will probabbly be super tired hahaha.

Currently, I am finding tickets over $ 200.00. The other day found them at $ 147.00 only if i acted on it then. Need about 3 5 tickets. Leaving from Oakland, San Jose or San Francisco.
